resume on JobStreet.com and such other website. If you allow JobStreet.com to activate your
resume, JobStreet.com will retain your registration information and will put your resume into
its general database for viewing and downloading by JobStreet.com’s employer and agency clients,
as if you had originally registered with and posted your resume on JobStreet.com. In such case,
JobStreet.com’s handling of your registration information and your resume will be subject to
JobStreet.com’s privacy commitment which ensures total confidentiality and privacy as regulated
